I have a 95 Disco 1 with an automatic transmission. Lately when I push the button in to shift it won't pop back out. This won't let the key turn completely off and come out when I put it in park. I popped the top of the shifter off and sprayed in some WD40 but it doesn't help. If I push down on the rod it pops rights out and is fine. Any ideas? Thanks Brent |

There is a small clip in there that may have come off or broke. Or the spring may have gotten bound up or smething. Pull it apart and take a look. Dont use wd-40 try something like grease or Amsoil spray stuff. |
