Does anyone know where to look on a DII's radiator to determing if it's a 'seconday air injection' type?

Does the mere fact that my disco has the secondary air injection system mean that the radiator has the special sensor making it a $400 replacement, rather than the dumber $200 unit?

Unfortunatly, Yes. Secondary air cars have secondary air rads. Although $400 is pretty steap.
I usually sell them for $315 shipped.
The good news is they don't leak as often as the non-secondary air units.

What's the difference? I looked as closely as I could at the radiator I've got, and I couldn't see any sensor wires at all, just one going up into the oil cooler.

On the lower right hand corner of the rad there is a small sensor. It's not easily visible. It is on the rad under the hose connected to the thermostat.
