I am checking out your link now; especially the White Pass report. That's were I learned how to snowboard back in '88. I grew up in Chehalis, Wa. The other day my dad emailed me a bunch of snow pics. Hell, he even called to rub it in.

I'm in Bellevue ... currently a few inches on the ground and it doesn't look like it will stop snowing for a while. I'm not too worried about the Rover in the snow .. more worried about the cars around me.

Paul-

Too funny, my grandparents lived in Brookland, up over Oakville Road torwars Raymond. I grew up in a family of loggers... also spent a few years living in Elma (were most of my family lives now). I also used to ride through Chehalis every year doing the Seattle-To-Portland bike ride, great area! I heard they shut down the 5 in Oregon, must be bad!

It's kinda been snowing on and off and we have about 2 inches north of Seattle. Being the Puget Sound, it is supposed to turn to rain tonight/tomorrow. I got out and played a little bit.

I used to live in Spokane. My best friend up there says it was still snowing. Not a whole lot but enough that you could play around.

It currently stopped snowing in Bellevue .. and I must say that the view that I have from my office is very nice.

A lot of people stayed home for the day so the roads are quiet compared to normal days. Just want to make sure no one crashes into the Rover as it is our only car.

Pat,

My dad just called to rub it in again. He says he has about 12" in his front yard. Damn I hate the south!

I used to watch the STP every year. Good stuff.

Martin, I stayed home. Right before I was about to leave there was a accident on I5 at my entrance... Later that day they closed my office in Bellevue. All over a few inches of snow :-) Be careful out there. Though I must say its fun to roll around the neighborhood and to the store as no one is out.

Where do you work in Bellevue? I had a collegue over from Texas and he told me that the waiting lines for a taxi or shuttle were around 2 hours there. 148th is all ice now and there is no way I'm going out there driving now with my car. Even just walking on the street is dangerous.
