I've been trying to program the alarm for my 95' disco today--and have not had any luck. I've gotten past the learn mode, (with the horn indication) but when it comes to the last step (holding the remote down and having the dash LED flash) nothing happens (yes, i put new batteries in it today, and the key fob lights and seems to be working). I've tried about 10 times and it's driving me nuts. Please help! Am i missing something? |

Are they genuine LR remotes or aftermarket? Might have something to do with that if they are aftermarket. Just a thought... Oh, is your key on your remote? The ignition has a sensor in it that detects the remote in close proimity like on the key in the ignition and may have something to do with the programming. And are you doing all of this within 8 seconds? |
