www.offroadexperience.com. Entries are now being accepted. Wicks and I are teaming up again in our Defenders, and hereby and forthwith challenge all DWebbers to the greatest Rover contest in North America...

Takers? Questions?

Oh man, this sucks. I probably won't make it to this one either Doug. It's pretty sad that I live in Reno and can't make it to a NV trophy event. ONE more year of HS and I'll be able to go to all the events.

High school sports just doesn't leave time for this stuff.

Will you guys be stopping in Reno?

Matt,

We don't know our travel plans yet. I'm going to try and organize a convoy from Southern Cal. Best time to see all the trucks is Late Friday Night or Early Sunday AM at the Ramada Inn in Lovelock -- 90 mi. north of Reno.

If you've never done the event before do you have to do the novice class?

Jack,

I'm sure you can run the whole event even if it's your first time. This is the first year for the novice class. Probably need to drop an email to Mike Green to be SURE, but my guess is that you will certainly be able to run the whole event if that's what you want to do. (I think Mike set up the novice class to attract new participants who might otherwise be intimidated by the 36-48 hour format.) You can also give him a call. Let me know what you find out or if you need my assistance.

See you in April!

Doug
