On a 2004 DSII, Has anyone relocated the gas cap door switch from the left hand diver's side, back to its original position on the driver's right hand side on the console? If, so, what are the issues involved? Thanks. |

No, but I am curious as to why you would want to? You probably have a legit reason but I'm just wondering. |

It's simple. When you get out of your car and realize you've forgotten to unlatch your gas door, it's much easier to just open the passenger door to access the gas door switch as opposed to walking all the way around the truck, open the driver's door so you can access the binnacle mounted gas door switch. |
