Doesn't exist on a DII. The only fuel filtering you have is a screen on the bottom of the fuel pump.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Wow. That would surprise me. On D1 passenger rear wheel well. Whe facing the wheel well, look on frame upper right of well.

Yep, on the D1 we have one.....right where you said it is, but on the D2 unless I am wrong they don't have one.

If it was mine I would add one though :-)

Joey is correct - the filter is integrated in the fuel pump - located in the gas tank - pisses me off. You will have to replace the whole unit once it goes bad - not sure how hard it will be to replace.

It's a twin element screen / filter system that surrounds and attachs to the circumference of the fuel unit in your gas tank. Access is obtainable via the top fuel cell access cover which happens to lie under your rear cargo area carpet.

Not personally. I had a FSU changed under warranty a few years ago.
