Power window to manual?

BTW the Camel Trophy Discos had electric rears and manual fronts so the driver and navagator could un-ass the truck if they went in the deep end of the pool. So I'd start with the big things first. Get a 3.9 timing chain cover, and use points-style distributor from a 68-73 Buick Skylark.
