(99Disco1)Last weekend After putting frnt rt window dwn and then back up, I heard a ticking noise coming from the glove box/passngr dr area. The next day with the back window down 3", the rear windows decided to quit. The express down feature on the frnts doesn't work now either. I've check all the switches (all check good)and the connections to the lift ECU seem good but I haven't pulled them yet. I just can't believe that both rear window motors would die at the same time. It seems like there's just no power getting there. Does anyone have any ideas? |

Sound's coming from a relay in the fuse box area. I've heard the same clicking (I think) when there is an electric short from wet contacts in the fuel pump area - click click click maybe 3-4Hz, so it may not be the relay but a short somewhere in one of the doors. |

Any idea on where to start looking? I've had ground problems in the past and I had Hellas installed a couple years ago which the grounded to the underside of the bumper. The ground gets an awful lot of weather. I was thinking about ripping them out. |
