In my earlier post I described how my radio headunit would turn on and off again every second, all the functions of the unit worked it just wouldn't stay on. I traced the problem to the CD changer. If I leave the power connected to the CD changer (the small white connector) and remove the bigger black connector, the radio works fine but it doesn't allow me to switch to the CD changer. As soon as I plug the CD changer back in, the head unit stops working. I now have 2 questions 1.) What could possibly be wrong with the CD changer (BTW I disconnect the CB power, and still have the same issue if you looked at my previous thread) 2.) If the CD changer is broken is there an aftermarket unit the will plug right in using the stock wiring? |
