4.0L exhaust manifold

My left side cracked between 5 and 7. It cost $25.00 for the brazing job. However, while the manifold is off I decided I'm going to pull both heads, grind the valves and reseal everything. Looking through the exhaust port it looks like it has the new style valves already. It has 112,000 miles and I'm not sure of the history. I bought it at 94,000 six months ago.
