I HAVE ONLY NOTICED IT WHEN I AM ON THE HIGHWAY, WHEN DECELERATING THE TRUCK HAS A LOSS OF POWER, AND STARTS TO MIS FIRE FOR ONLY A FEW SECONDS AND THEN CLEANS RIGHT OUT. BUT THEN WHAT EVER IS GOING WRONG TRIGGERS THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT. ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM ON A DII..

It could be many things, but you (or a mechanic) should be able to hook up an OBDII reader and see which code you are getting, that should give you an indication of what is going on. That's your first step.

And please, no shouting. Typing in ALL CAPS means you are shouting, and is considered rude.
