At the present time the 03 is the family hauler. Had I known that the 04 would have CDL then I may have waited. Hindsight is 20/20. The point is I plan on light to moderate off roading and I was wondering what I should upgrade first. Once I actually own the rig I plan on getting a CDL. Would any transfer case from a disco work, or does it have to a DII? Also my first planned mod is a ste off NATO rims and some off road tires( yes I'm an american). What are the best an largest off road tires that will fit under a stock height DII? My next mods would be safty oriented. Bumpers, sliders, and skid plates. I know I would be a poser, but I think snorkels look cool. After that then I would start with the lifting. But foe the next few year it will be light duty off into the wood, and on the beautiful beaches of NW Florida. Thanks for amy help. |

Michael, a search through the archives will cover pretty much any question you have on the tires.
