I need to change my gear shift knob,manual trans. (my dog chewed on it)not sure if it spins off I think should.I tried a bit but its stuck and its like -15 outside and didnt want to force it and snap anything. anyone? TIA |

Its spins off-at least mine does-of course mine is a great aftermarket wood model that adds "elegance" to my interior. Did you get a geniune O.E. knob for a replacement? r- Ray |

I figured it was threaded. I do have a knob on the way.I'm just going to leave heat on for a half hour then try again.But like Michael says I should leave it on for effect,lol. |
