Hey, whats going on? My rear window sprayer got nocked off in the car was (95 D1)... I have noticed that some D1's seem like they have a flatter sprayer that would be harder to knock off like in the car wash.. any one know if they are compatible with the 95's and also where I can pick one up? Thanks, Rich |

I lost the one off my 95 D1 in a car wash too. Went to the dealer and the one they sold me as a replacement was much longer than the original. In fact, it's identical to the one on my dad's 00 D1. Only problem I've had with it in 4 years (and lots of car washes) is that only one of the two jets puts any water on the window. On the plus side, I'm constantly able to wash my spare tire since the other jet sprays right onto the top of it Mike g. |

you can adjust the spray pattern with a needle and that should also clean out any junk that has accumulated in the nozzle. the one you got had been replaced by that new style. the vendor was changed and the part number superseeded. |

Yes Rover did a retro fit on the rear sprayer. The old one was a goofy looking thing that was quite long in comparison to the newer version, which is stubby in comparison. The change was made mid 98ish - without pulling my paperwork out. You should be able to order a new nozzle from Rovers North, AB, or a nearby dealer. |

Steve, you mean you can just stick a needle in the hole and re-direct the spray? Excellent - I'll try it tonight. Of course if it works, my spare tire will never be as clean... |

My '99 D1 had a short one, the wife's '95 has a long one (which has a retaining clip broken off, I need to replace the thing sometime......). -L

Mike, Steve is 100% correct. You may have to fiddle around with it but, yes you can redirect the jets. Some how I was thinking it broke off - only half read the post... |
