'96 Disco Emissions Warranty Length?

(It sounds a bit high to me... Land Rover America is checking for me as well, but won't be able to respond for up to 3 business days.) And does anyone know if an independent Land Rover repair shop can do catalytic converter replacement under warranty - or if it's just Land Rover dealers? I've heard it a thousand times, but can never remember for sure. As far as the warranty goes, Land Rover has to cover the warranty so I assume they would want to be the ones working on it.
