I am wondering if anyone knows the address for LRNA where I should send a letter describing some horrific service I received. I am just wondering if there is a place that it should go to.

well I found this one too:
Land Rover North America
Attn: Customer Relationship Center
555 MacArthur Blvd.
Mahwah, NJ 07430

Maybe that address would be better, I don't really know though.

Of the times that I dealt with them, all of the addresses were in NJ.

When I had problems with a local dealer I emailed LRNA from there web site and got a response in 2 days from them and 20 minutes after that a call from the dealer. Its under the FAQ section.

cool, I will do that. This dealership is horrible and I was amazed the guy treated me the way he did. Telling me false and untrue statements, the worse part i think is that it was the service manager who told me this.

Mawah is the right address. I have no idea what the Alpharetta address is all about! You can also call them on the phone for a much quicker response.

This is the horrible service I have received from Land Rover Cincinnati. 2 weeks ago my discos starter dies. Oh well, no big deal, I will have it towed to the dealership so they can fix it under warranty. I had called them on Wednesday morning (the 21st) around 9:30 and the lady I talked to take a message and said that someone would call me back soon. Well no one called me back that day. I called Thursday around 10am again and they finally called me back around 2pm and I talked to the service manager (Randy) there and told him that I need a new starter and I asked him to look at two other smaller things. He told me it would be no problem and that I would probably get it back either Friday(the 23rd) or on Monday (the 26th). So no one called me or anything so on Monday I called to ask the status he said I was next in line to get in. I told him I had to have it back by that Friday for a trip I had. He said it would be no problem. Well I call him back Wednesday since I had yet to be called. He told me that the starter would be in the vehicle by 9am on Thursday and they would look at the other problem then. He also told me that it takes 4 or 5 people to install a starter. I know this was wrong but I didnt say anything because I wanted my rover. So Thursday come and he does not call me. By this point I am really getting upset at this place. I told him I needed it by Friday. So Friday comes, he doesnt call us, so I call him up. He said the steering was lose because of my larger tires. He also said that it could be because it is lifted and has no front sway bars. He acted like I wouldn't have known that at all, which I do. First off I dont have larger tires and that makes no sense. He told me the ball joints needed to be greased. But I found out that it was actually the bearings needed to be replaced. So I dont have the rover on Friday, thus ruining my trip. So on Saturday I go in and I noticed my car hadnt moved since Thursday if not earlier by the amount of snow on there. So I tell someone to call me back on Monday (which is today). So I am amazed I actually got a call back. And the talked to a different person (I was told by a salesman on Saturday that the service manager wouldnt be in on Monday because of his post Super bowl drunk). Now the lady tells me that the warranty might not cover the bearings because since I dont have front sway bars extra pressure is put on the bearings. And also the parts didnt come in, even though I was promised they would be in and I would have the vehicle today.

Now even though I have never been to this dealership there is no excuse for this kind of horrible service. If I was at home in Indiana and at Tom Wood Land Rover I would have been in and out in 1 day. So I am pissed off.

Musky,
I live in Northern Kentucky and Land Rover Cincinnati is the dealer that I go to also. You are correct about Randy, I always get a run around and false information( I dont think he does it intentional, just not educated enough or always in a "rush") I am lucky enough to have a spare (beater car) to drive when the Disco needs service. Because no matter what Randy says it will usually take at least 2 days longer. Excuses like parts didnt come in on time and about how short staffed they are.. the secretary up there does a very poor job relaying messages. It took me I swear 2weeks of calling every other day to schedule a 65,000 mile service. They never call back after you leave a message. I just take everything in stride and set aside extra time and money when I have to deal with that place.

Well I am told it will be done in an hour or two now. I plan on talking to the manager of the dealership when I get there about this horrid service. Can you explain to me how a part that is overnighted on friday takes till wedesday to come in? That doesn't make much sense. It is pathetic. With the car situation it is ok, I am at school so it is not like I need it all the time, but keeping it for 2 weeks to fix a stater and bearings is sad.
