Would have been.... but Ford dropped its support for getting that 2.8 through the EPA channels, so, it's not gonna end up in the US in street vehicles, at least that's the latest word. FWIW.... -L | ||

Ford will do what is being reported about the Bronco - let the Defender die (or fade away into military obscurity) - The Defender will be stollen from England and built in U.S. as a Bronco. Even one of Ford's officers talked about a simple badge swap. However, if it is a true CKD kit that the Brazilians are talking about, they could still do that without complying with all U.S. standards - as far as I understand. |
