Ok, today for the third time when I got into my truck, water was dripping down the headliner very near the drivers side pillar. So I have lowered the headliner, and got to looking around in there. If you look at the following picture: http://www.discoweb.org/sunroofrails/image001.jpg there are two plastic things that seemed to be caulked onto the metal part of the sunroof assembly which the drain tubes attach to. Now on my drivers side this piece seemed to have cracked or had the adhesive break down because there was a lot of water dripping from the bottom of that piece. So I reached in there to see if I could feel something inside the drain tube and when I squeezed it the nipple broke right off. BTW the drain tube seemed clear once I checked it. I don't have access to a parts list, and was wondering if someone could tell me if it is possible to purchase just that plastic piece, and glue it in place of the old one. If so can someone please give me a part number so I can run up to LR dealership tomorrow and pick one up. This is for a DII. Thanks -Stuart |
