will a plasma cutter burn the paint on my disco1 fenders or make a very clen cut as it does in unpainted metal? |

Yes, it will burn your paint and it will only be as clean and straight as your hand is steady. |

A jigsaw with a fine tooth metal blade also works well. The aluminum cuts very easily and is easily smoothed out with a file. |
