Dont let the size of the wrench fool you. that thing has an o ring seal. Only tighten untill it bottoms out the o ring and then about a 10-15 dergees more. that's all you need. Start her up, run 10 minunts or so and check for oil leaks.

By the way, the oil switch turns light on at about 5 or less PSI. That's not catasrophic at idle but at road speed, 5 PSI will wear mains and rods really fast. If the light flickers, find out why theres low oil press. Drop the pan and check the screen.

Thanks Gabriel... I am planning on dropping the pan asap... I was trying to get the sensor off tonight, it is the one like right above where the oil filter is right. What is the trick, do you have to get anything out of the way? I couldn't get at it easy

I it was a big ass open end wrench . Not sure on the size, possibly 1 1/8" but I'm sure it's metric. I found an SAE that fit. It's really not on there very tight and it's the one just above the oil filtor. Unplug the wire and unscrew it off but, unless you have an adaptor to set-up a test gauge, I don.t see the point in removing it. Be sure to plug the wire back on. If the wire is unplugged, the oil light stays off.
