We have replaced the idle motor and have checked for fault codes. To no avail; the motor idles above 1500 RPM and will not go down. We have checked all fittings and hoses. Does anyone know what else to check?

have you checked the accel cable to see if it is too tight?

this has happend to me and i had to go to the dealer to have the base idle reset. it was the stepper motor that confused the computer when i replaced the stepper it still ran fast one quick trip to the dealer {lol} and i have been running ever fine snice
