hey, I have a 94 d1 with manual antenna. the reception is good, but the metal has creased and is about to snap off because it is hanging off to the side. Do I need to replace the whole thing or can I just get the piece of metal tubing? thanks |

you need to get the whole thing. the antenna shaft is connected to the lower portion which resides under the fender in the wheel well. do a search in the dweb archives for antenna replacement. There are a number of threads that will detail out how to do it. i did it last fall. its not hard just cummbersome, because of its locale. |
