My D1 needed a new battery, so I made a special trip about 35 miles out of the way to the Interstate Battery Store. They installed a M35 ..and if I re-call correctly the D1 needs a M34? The cables are all stretched out .. How long can I leave it this way? Are my battery cables going to be ruined? I should have installed it myself, then I would have realized it was the wrong size... Live and Learn. Does anybody have any suggestions? I can not make it back over that way for another week. | ||

Had a similar problem one time. I think interstate has a deal where they can actually charge things from dealer to dealer. What I'm saying is, if there is a interstate retailer closer to you or on your way to work or something, they should be able to exchange it even though you didn't get it there... Worked for me once.
