Rover Solutions Front Bumper

I searched but didn't find an answer to my question. Is a 9000# winch adeqaute and if so which brand/model would you reccomend for the Rover Solutions front bumper. His bumper is set-up for the Ramsey RE though (either 10 or 12). If he does make a bumper for you, i don't think he'll make it to accomodate a smoker.
