The window operates fine except about half way down it sticks a little and makes a "clank" sound. Coming up it catches just a touch about half-way up and then continues on up. The one-touch auto down feature works fine until the window gets half way, then "clank" and it stops. If I push the button again it continues on down. Anyone? Ron Ward |

Gear tooth worn/bent slightly on the gear'wheel'. Pair of pliers will realign it, just remove the panel trim, put window down, and fix. That is what I would suspect. Alt : that your regulator assembly is out of 'alignment'. Alt 2: that there is an obstruction in the channel track, half way point. If it was the motor sprocket, it would 'jump' on more than one position. Bent tooth-easy fix when on the gear 'wheel'. Good luck.-doug, 95 lwb |

Thanks. How do I remove the plastic trim around the door lock button on the top? That seems to be holding me up. Thanks Ron Ward |
