the D1 manual states that you are supposed to seal the filler/level plug with hylomar sealant. does everyone do this? or is this overkill? Also why does the D1 manual tell you to disconnect the neg. battery lead just to top off the fluid? this may be a dumb quesion, but for me i have found when working on my disco that the only dumb question ends up being the one I didn't ask. ( i know that that discalaimer is most often used in conjunction when knowingly asking a dumb question) |
