I just installed an OEM brush bar on my '03 Disco and I went to put the Hellas on and they are too big to fit in between the upper and middle bar. I have the rally 4000's I think, and I really want to use those rather than pay $600 for the OEM driving lights and mounting brackets. Any suggestions on making the Hellas fit? |

I had to drill new holes to make them fit in front of the bar |

Chandler, I installed Hella 4000's on my factory brush bar without drilling or any type of modification. Loosen the two plastic knobs so that the lights move freely from the mounting bolt, that way you can position them easier. Email me if you need more assistance.
