Breaking in ring gears

I have put about 1000 miles on the set up and want to change the oil in the diffs. there was a great thread a while back that had a link to a site about breaking in new gears. Couldn't find it with the search does anyone remember it? Just want to make sure I follow the procedures they recommend.   Joe M.
