Bob, go to a metal fab shop they usually have them. be really nice like I was and maybe you can use it for free. |

Bob...maybe you were thinking of my girlfriend and you wanted to type charlatan! That little whore! But I digress... In Charlotte you have many small airfields. Any of these will have airplane mechanics. These mechanics, given the appropriate six-pack, would loan you their wife's diaphram. Try one of these colorful charactors for the riv-nut tool. If you only have a few Rivnuts to do, it is easy enough to just do it with a nut, bolt, and washer... |

Pugsley, I've seen the article in the tech section, I'm just a coward. I know a few techs @ the Concord Reg Arpt I'll try that, but most aircraft hardware is SAE. |

No need for a tool, it's easy. Just buy a couple extras in case you mess one up (they only cost like a $1 each anyways). Use the nut, bolt, washer thing as mentioned above and described in the archive. I did it first time around without a hitch. |
