I just got finished changing my brothers front rotors and break pads on his 95 disco. Everything with the drivers side went smoothly, but the front passenger side break caliper was frozen open and I had to remove the caliper and use some c clamps and some effort to press one of the calipers back in. After taking it for a test drive I noticed that even with the break pedal barried to the floor it still took the truck quite some distance to stop and it pulled to the left. Is this a sign of that front passenger side caliper still sticking? And if so is the a remedey or does this call for a new caliper?

It does sound like a stuck caliper. Not too cheap for disco's either. After you took you test drive did you look at the rotor? If it was red, you will want to replace it. I had the same thing happen on another car and the rotor ended up having cracks all over it when it cooled. If it didn't get too hot you may be able to re-machine the rotor depending on how much metal is left. Rotors are fairly inexpensive so if it happened to me I would just bite the bullet and replace both. That's probably not the advide you want to hear but in the past when I have had similar problems, it ended up costing me more in the long run by not doing it right in the first place.

Steve-the rotors did not turn red and are brand new.
Do you guys know of any sources that sell rebuilt calipers?

Yep - they do - hadn't even thought of them. Better price still. $95 core with $38 unit price. I think NEBP's price is outright. I know RN has a $40 core charge.
