BW vs LT230

The rear DS on Range Rover Classics and Disco 1's are interchangable.   hendrik Posted on Wednesday, June 05, 2002 - 06:53 am:    I can add that you can even change the drive flange from BW to LT230 if you wish. (Unless early LT230 are coarse splined on the output shaft; dont know). Thus you can put the front drive flange from Disco II right onto the BW (if you discard the mudshield-ring). And no need then to buy any adapter rings (if you wished to go for the DiscoII double cardan driveshaft)!!! regards, hendrik
