What is ROVERFEST? When/where is it???? |

do i have to answer all your questions!!?? haha.
it is held in killington, vermont on august 9th. it is basically just a big gathering of rovers from all over the northeast and some others from various other states.
really nothing hardcore, but some good beginner and intermediate trails. and also a social gathering to meet folks.
i like to go because it's in vermont and i love it up there. usually take my mt. bike with me and do a few runs at killington on the last day.
for you make sure you mark you calender for MAR. the Mid Atlantic Rally in Buckingham County, VA. that is a blast. great trails and camping (drinking, grillin' and BSing) all weekend=fun. that is Oct. 4th. there are other events too of course. |

I don't think I'll make it to Vermont...but the one in VA is definitely up my alley!! I'll mark my calendar and try to attend...do I have to register? |

you don't have to for MAR. i am sure you can once you are there, but you may as well. keep an eye on this site for this years event. and you can see pics from last years as well. http://www.roav.org

SOLAROS is suppose to be a great event too. that is held in Georgia. that is Sept. 13th. a good # of us will make that too. not sure if they will be all that happy to see Paul and I. some of the southern folk have a angst towards us. haha. |

Hey Susannah, if you want to see the bare-chested men of DiscoWeb, order the Moab video. I didn't notice until one of the MEN around here pointed it out, but Brian spends a fair amount of time shirtless on that vid. Dummy me was watching the trucks and the driving.

i always wheel with my clothes on!! big daddy (aka evan) is the one always going around in his boxers hugging people. guess he just likes spreading the love. ugh.
i will be there again this year. just for the hell of it. even if it is lame i will be there.....unless it rains all weekend i won't be pissed.

Thanks Karen. These guys are too funny...atleast on the computer! I'll try to order the videos soon to support all the time I'm spending on this site! And I'm hoping to get to the MAR event...it's only 2 hours away from me! |
