Does anyone own one of those "Tentrax" off-road trailers?! I really like them and wondered if they are worth the price. Was considering one mostly for camping (better than a tent on the ground)... |

I would love to pull this thing behind my Discovery Safar Trailers |

NICE! Those look even better than Tentrax! I like roof tents too...but alas...I will have to wait for these things! |

Susannah, The Safari Trailers look cool as well as their roof tents. Last year I aquired a tent from England designed to couple over the roofline and rear door of the Disco. It sort of combines the Disco and tent as one unit...so you could sleep in the Disco (with seats folded down) and the tent becomes an extension of the rear of the Rover. The company is Carenex (I think I have the spelling correct) but I'll have to check on their web site (so you can see a picture of it). In regards to your mudflaps (from another post), do you have running boards on the sides of your Disco? If you do, just putting on new mudflaps will reguire you to trim them. Of course if you go offroading the running boards should be removed. I just went through this last week with my Disco. I pass through C'velle and Waynesboro often so it's easy to show you. Have fun!
