I saw it posted last week and now I cannot find it. I need to speak with them about buying an extended warranty. The local dealership will not sell me one even though LRNA supposedly sells them. They claim that it is the policy of the local dealerships and that maybe I could get another dealership to sell me one. I can never get a straight story. They also do not honor aftermarket warranties if the charges are paid by a corporate card and not by the owner of the vehicle. You'd think that they wanted to get paid!

Tell us what you find out about the warranty.

So I called LRNA to inquire about a warranty. Issue #1:

The dealerships here in Atlanta will not sell an extended warranty to you without having purchased the truck directly from them. These dealerships will not honor aftermarket extended warrantees if the company providing the warranty pays with a corporate card. The dealership will only honor a warranty that involves the owner paying out of pocket to be reimbursed by the warranty company.

LRNA's repsonse:
LRNA does not actually "sell" or "promote" an extended warranty. They stated that it was up to the individual dealerships as to the selling of extended warrantees. I was told that I might be able to contact another dealership near me to be covered and that the dealership would probably have to CERTIFY my vehicle.

Why can't I just get a damned warranty? There's a new catch with these trucks everyday.

Any advice? I NEED a warranty.
