When I was shopping I spoke with Alyssa there and found her to be straight-shooting and very helpful. I ended up buying more local to me, but Main Line seemed like a good dealership.

Karen,

Two questions: Is that the same Alyssa on Discoweb? And by local do you mean West Chester?

Cheers,

Kennith

Kennith,

The same Alyssa, and by local I mean the D.C. area. I shopped four states before I settled on my deal. The service and service loaner issue became important, especially as even my "local" dealership is over an hour away from me. Main Line was right in there pitching though, trying hard to make a good, honest deal. The dealership I'd NEVER go back to is LR Rockville.

Hmm...

Just trying to place you all lately, thats all. It's good to know that they are an honest bunch over there. I'll have to stop by. I just like to eventually put faces with names.

Cheers,

Kennith

I have delt with them for parts and computer reading and clearing and i like them, Mike the parts guy is good, and the mechanics are willing to chat with you and give you some direction and tech advice! The guy who checks you in for repairs is a bit of a d--k, he turned me away once after telling me to come in so that i could get me check engine light diagnosed, after he found out that that's the only reason i come in, execpt to buy parts, he turned me away saying that i could bring it back in three weeks! with a charge of 80.00 bucks, the mechnics tried to talk him into taking me then as agreed apon earlier by the d--k himself, but no dice, so i called the willow grove dealer, which took me the next day and didn't charge me a dime!! so what did we learn here? Parts and mechanic advice, main line!! friendlier check in guys, willow grove. I use both now.
Good luck!
