Just had a 2002 volvo hit me from the rear. Wish I had a camera. Volvo front end gone. Land rover driver side quarter panel and left side bumper dented. Rear Door still opens fine. I love my tank. No one hurt.

Its funny about Volvo's there made to survive some nasty collision because most who drive them should not be driving at all. Glad too here your not hurt, Ill bet that 2002 will be cheep to repair. |

I love my tank as well: The Beastie (94) hit a deer and came home with plastic fender and right front wing damaged; two months later a toyota mini-truck ran a stop sign and nailed it in the same spot, came home with plastic grill & fender damage and bumper pushed in a wee bit.
My new Snooty Beast has yet to be touched by any bad things.

Yeah Landies are tanks. I got in a little accident with a Honda Civic last December. Basically, he had to replace everything from the rear wheels, back. I had to replace my grillguard. |
