Kyle,

Its a thing between Ho and I. I was told by somebody (wont mention any names) that I would get smoking deals on parts if I gave him a hard time.

The funny thing is how I was directed to DWeb and EE, by the guy who sold him Chikety. "just do a search on Ho and Discovery in Yahoo, you'll find him."

Off I went on my search for the legendary "DISCOHO".

As a rule, pedophiles do not to kill their victims. Rape yes, since by definition a minor cannot consent to sex.

Nope, those types of criminals have a different set of mental problems than a pedophile.

Personally, I do not object to wasting the fucks since child rape and murder ruins far, far more than one life, and little we do or can do has any substantive long-term behavioral changes, but if you are going to advocate extreme justice, then justice ought to be visited on the right folks.

Our daughter is 10. For the very first time, I let her walk three blocks to the store last Sunday. First time in her life. She went for chips and some ginger ale. She was so proud of herself -- I gave her an FRS radio and we stayed in touch the whole trip.

My wife almost had a heartattack, but she did not put the brakes on the idea, instead, she just grimmaced the entire 15 minute oddyssy.

Then that crap happened in LA. And now I had to have a long talk with her on the way to Federal Express don how she could no longer walk to the store alone. She asked why and I explained what happened. So now she wants to read about it on CNN and she is pretty upset. Really upset.

anywho. Dunno why I wrote that, but I had to.

hee hee hee, I think I was still asleep in our tent (about 5 yards away, lol) when the above 'shots' were taken ... if those were the morning rounds? :)

Yeah, as far as the kid snatching & murdering goes, it's just so sickening. That kind of ties into why I've been off line so much lately (I miss everybody on D web!) ... It's summer, and myself and a few others in our area are all taking turns not letting the kids out of our sight (plus, it gives me an excellent excuse to ride a 'boogie board' in the waves like a complete doofus, LOL). What a sad difference from my childhood growing up and the freedom I had ...

Back to topic: Rover on, Ho! :)

Hey Blue, before you blow their heads off, can I poke some needles in between their finger nails and dip them in Vinegar? Then I would like to put their balls on a flat surface and give them a good wham with a sledge hammer!...then we can go easy on them by blowing their heads off....

guys guys, instant death is too quik and too merciful! lets discuss a slow death, one that last several months if not years. never let the dark ones off that easy, a slow agonizing death is more effective in prevention of future scumbags than a quick one.

A pedophile is so goddamned sick in the head that torture wouldn't do any good. Besides, normal people don't have the stomach for it. Now, if the United States legal system had the balls to go back to the days of heads on spikes for all to see, that would have an affect. Our current system tells the masses, "If you do bad, then you go into this building for a few years." We need to be saying, "You do bad, we chop your head off like this..."

Please support me when I run for office.

Don't agree there Blue. I used to treat and work with sex offenders in and around both the Flagstaff and Phoenix areas while I lived in Arizona.

And regardless whether the feds or the state folks were handling/tracking the case, those "sickos" had no different a life expectancy in Arizona as they did in the rest of the states.

I don't have kids and I can't imagine how you deal with letting them out since recent events. I live a mile away from where the Smart girl was taken from her house in SLC. Its odd, you see no kids playing outside anymore. Its to bad, I would hate to have my kids live under that fear. I say off with the bloody heads of those dam people.

Yeah it sucks explaining to my 8 year old Girl the current facts of life, I had pictured a much different talk with her about life later on. Like don't go out with guys who drive Land Rovers and that sort of thing. Now its don't play in the yard because you can be snatched up killed and raped, a bit tough to digest at 8 years old..

This whole thing has set into motion a whole slew of crud. After she looks at the CNN news about the Samantha -- and about Smart, she comes into the study with the classic daughter-dad question of the new millenium. She wanted to know what "sexual assault" and "asphyxiation" meant.

We let her have access to the net cause she sticks with ZoogDisney.com. Filter out CNN, cbsnews, and what else? Naw.

She of all folks needs to know.

KJ: Done deal :) Our Steve is hanging in there.
Thanks for the kind words, I'll see how "Ole Bony Head" does this weekend ... er um, the dog, not my husband (just kidding, Greg, honey, in case you happen to read this :))

As to above subjects regarding the rest of our wonderful world ... The anger is justified. I'm glad to see you Dads handling it with the youngsters ... Damn, it's getting harder and harder to digest this stuff ourselves, let alone explain it to the kids ... But I agree, they need to know, and the best way is from their parents, and especially Dad. IMHO, explain as best you can, and try give them some sense of empowerment, and reasurance ...

BTW: (FWIW) There are some good books available for parents ... One of the better ones I've seen is by Ken Wooden - saw him somewhere on the AM news today. He's with the 'ChidLures' program for schools ...

Kim
I'll volunteer to help the kids learn to kick the s#$t out of someone in self defense ...

This topic has rapidly turned morbid, but I guess due to the circumstances it is justified. I just found out this week that "we" are pregnant again. This will mean that by this time next year I will have three children under five.

Children are a true blessing, but it will also be quite a challenge to teach these kids the best ways that they can navigate the waters of today. Beyond the obvious warnings to evade sociopaths and pedophiles I am thinking that they will also need to learn and study self defense techniques. I do not want them to grow up thinking that bad things will happen to them. Instead, I want them to know what to do if something does.

Kim,

"Three Little Birds" is apt for Curtis, as is "One Love", or perhaps even better, "Whole Lotta Love", though Marley never covered that one, LOL! Poor guy, as the Govenor in "Blazing Saddles" was heard to say, "Work, work, work....."

Kentucky soil? I had no idea soil was that fertile :) Kim & Mike...as you both know, we have been in the middle of a house move. We had no idea this was coming. I was looking forward to a little break. However, as KJ kindly pointed out: work, work, work :)
