Alright, I always thought I was above this sort of thing, but not since this vehicle. The Force is bigger than me, poor souless child I am. I admit, I am weak, oh Lord.

I just got back from turning in the dreaded Taurus loaner, and slipping behind the wheel of my Disco I nearly weeped with joy. I give up.

I am what I drive!!!! I'm shallow...WOO-HOOO!!!! Can I get an AMEN on that???? THANK YOU, LORD FOR PROVIDING THE LAND ROVER ON THIS EARTH FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!

Karen, feels better now :):):)

Since I live in the Land of Jerry Falwell...it's blasphemous for me to praise my material possessions! WAHOO>>>Praise the Rovers. I tell mine everyday how much I appreciate it and love it....hope it will keep her running. It's like talking to plants to make them grow.

Had to drive the company Honda Accord to Richmond the other night and was missing my Rover every time I crawled out the door onto the ground! Man those things are low. Feels like the wheels are actually attached to the body panels! Those rental cars, no matter how new, always make you love your own.

Glad your life is complete again Karen! :)

LOL, Dave! Put some feet on it and "Darwin" in the center, and that's more like my style ; )

Sus, you said a mouthful! This week has been a bear, and it ain't over yet for me. Getting my Rover back was like a blood transfusion. And now I look outside and KNOW it ME sitting in the driveway.

Karen, happy again :):):)

Karen,
I know how you feel; my 94 was sacrificed to the auction house becase of the cost of repairs after the fire in late April. A whole month of rental car (POS Cheby Cavalpuke) while waiting for the insurance company to get off of it proverbial hands (A$$) and let me know WTF. Glad to hear you're back in your own. I'm still working in my "new" 98 LE. Praise the Lord I found it in Black. Nice electric seats allowed for easy installation of electronic siren. Happy days to ya. Bill M.
