For those of you who are new or relatively new to Discoweb, like me, check out the oldest archived copy at
http://web.archive.org/web/19991013012905/http://discoweb.org/
They have from Oct. 1999 forward so you can see just how....uhhhh....different discoweb used to be. :)

For those who don't know about that website, (www.archive.org) check it out... it's pretty cool, you type a website and you choose a date and it'll pull it for ya... Just something to add to your bookmark.

Man! If you look at the Aug 19, 2000 archive, It has that Flash Animation I did for Ho... Oh man... it brings tears to my eyes...LMAO

Ho, would you happen to have that still? I had that in my old machine and wasn't able to archive it... That's one of my lousy attempts with Flash Animation. I'm glad I didn't quit my day job.

I was looking at the Internet Archive a couple of days ago to look at the LR site back in 1997 but looks like Ford (or LandRover) has blocked it from the archive. Never thought of looking at the DiscoWeb.

I've been here a year now, since just before I finalized my purchase. Man, time flies, and when I think what I've learned in a scant year....well, I know a whole lot more than I did, with miles to go yet. Thanks to everyone who was kind to this newbie.....

Karen :)

The Wayback machine starts in the archives of the yahoo group, Discovery. That was the way back (for me, about 3 years ago). That group was like a knock down, drag out argument every day...
