Complaining to my Father about the "reliability" of my Disco the other day (mechanically sound, however now the sun roof leaks!), and his reply was golden...
"Land Rovers are like women. They leak when you don't want them to, moan on long journey's, embarrass you in front of friends and piers, and consume more money than you expected once you've committed yourself to one."
He has this way of putting things into perspective.
