Hey Steve,
I just spoke to Paul, called him at home. He didn't get your last email so he wasn't sure if you were gonna make it. Basically I just read it to him over the phone. I told him you were looking at late friday or early saturday. He said he's gonna just cruise thru baltimore and catch 66. We'll save a spot for you and we'll keep our ears on so we know when you arrive.

Well, once you hear the story, you are going to bust a gut laughing.
Friday morning comes and I find out the hospital moved the induction to Fri. evening at 6PM. At 4PM they call and move it to Sat at 7PM. By now I am about to blow up. The truck is packed, I am chomping at the bit to leave, etc. etc.
Finally, they get her in Sat. night and do what they do. By Sunday morning, she hadn't progressed at all so they sent her home and told her to come back a week from today because they are all booked up.
I missed MAR for absolutely no valid reason. |
