Me:

One trialing arm (still trying to blame alyssa)
Bent the exhaust and tweaked the rear bumper a bit (still trying to blame alyssa)
Bent a stock lower shock and mount (this one may have actually been alyssa's fault)
Wrecked the back seat when I came back down after after hitting the roof when alyssa did her damage (my fault as I was not wearing a belt and should have known better when alyssa was driving near a mud puddle).

Alyssa:

Bent the snot out of one of the castor rims (has no hope of blaming me as it is clearly my fault for sadling her with the POS Goodyear MTRs rather than her steelies)

How about you? Saw some nice DII carnage :)

I have a hi-lift mounted on the side of my roof rack and smacked it against a tree and the rack bent into the roof. The rack sprung back into place but it did leave a fist-sized dent behind my alpine window. I also had rear bumber end cap issus like everone else.

A buddy of mine in a stock D-1 lost part of his spoiler, a bumper end cap and a few other trim pieces.

I broke a sweat putting up my tent and that was about it. No vehicle damage. Rubbed a few trees and almost went head first into one coming out of a mud hole but, all one piece. You could hear the carnage going on at night though..

Hey now, watch out with knocking those Goodyear MTR's............... :)

No damage that I can see yet, but some paint stripped off the bottom of my diff guards

Oh yeah, I broke one of my chairs sitting in it drinking a 40 of Old E............. Does that count?

Laura's came back muddied, but no damage. I'd have been in trouble of there was! :)

Jeff ripped his rear taillight out of his Disco... it was the Bearmach lampguard that caused it, it caught on the tree, and when he used a lot of gas pedal, the guard stayed with the tree, keeping the light assembly with it....

Didn't see missing windows this year, but heard about a Freelander losing an axle, if not the trans, too....

Hmmm - saw/heard LOTS of bent sheet metal this year (luckily not on mine)

2" lifted Freeloader with a blown CV - seems they don't like lifts and articulation that much....

Several bent ARB bumpers (yes, even non-air bag)

Broken front GBR axle

a RRC that holed both diffs on one "stuck" in the river - thank god for epoxy.

Sevral ripped off roof racks

and the list goes on :)

Me - I came back intact less one rear bumper end cap.

Frank Padavan cracked the front axle housing on his Yellow D90 (Swampers). My rear quarter panel on the Rangie against a tree.

Nice meeting you Dominick, Ron and Alyssa (and puppy), Leslie (and baby) and Garret.

Ron, caught site of you near the entrance but didn't get a chance to talk to you. I was worried that the heavy weight of stickers would slow you guys down. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to James, Enoch, and Trevor who seemed like he was constantly helping people including me. Oh and i broke a rear window regulator does that count?

I broke my right front turn signal lens, got a 5ft long deep "squiggle" down the D/S, lost my rear D\S corner trim in a deep mudhole, and got a 6" long dent in front of my D/S rear door. Plus the assorted scratches. Most of my damage came on the new Goat Trail, specifically High Dollar Hill. VERY tight trail. All in all, I had a great time. Trails weren't too difficult, but they were fun.

It was great putting some faces with names. Met Paul "girlie-man" Morgan, who wouldn't run any trails with me, Greg Parrish, who DID run some trails, Mike Noe, who also wasn't afraid. Met Ron, saw GP, Eric, and Burak. Also met George S. Missed Sus and Camille, but I HEARD Camille both nights.

Can't say enough good things about David Gage, also need to thank Mike who was at the 4x4 Connection trailer who helped me diagnose my at-the-time nonworking fridge. Had a blast and would do it all over again. And JBS, next year!

Yeah, great to meet you and Jan also, Greg D. Hope Sam didn't drive you guys too crazy. I am amazed that I did the entire goat trail without damage. The only thing I can find is a scratch down the driver side, but it doesn't look too bad.

I just have this feeling that I got off lucky for some reason. :) I'm sure the damage is just hiding.......

yeah Pouch and i made a run to the local hardware store to get some JB weld. think that worked out for him. without my $G i would have been in 2WD all weekend. then Pouch lost his alt. that night. bummer man.

Dude, I'm sorry about that Garrett. If I had known you guys didn't already have the JB Weld, you could have had the pack I had. I keep some in my truck, but I didn't know you had to go to town for some.

i needed to pick up some Old E and a case of Natural Light for the boys any how. :)

Same here. New pack in the rear bin. Greg P., I think the difference on the tight trail were my lockers. That's one disadvantage compared to the selectable lockers. They won't allow your vehicle to turn as sharply on tight trails. Oh well. Just adds more "character"!

That's probably it. I did a ton of forward/reverse action on that trail though. i will definately get a FRS radio to throw in the truck before next year too. Garrett and I were waiting at the bottom of High Dollar Hill without radio's, and when we both hit the top, you guys were still there........... oops.......... Not a good idea for me to stop half way up a hill without a CDL.... :) Although, it all turned out fine.

By the way, is that a Rovertym bumper on your truck? :) I think I heard that asked 3 times this weekend while people checked out your truck.

We had a 'little' brake problem on the way home ( thanks Ron ,Dom )seems the series emptied its juice can from laying on its side to much...

I broke a fog lamp on my D2. I got the airdam caught on a stump backing up. No problem, I'm getting a Rovertym bumper in a few weeks

"Didn't you say that last year?". Uhmmm, well, yes I did. But at least this year I was able to back off of the rocks myself instead of getting winched off! I can hear you now, "Baby steps Greg, baby steps". Damn!

I didn't do any real carnage at all, just a slightly bent bumper, and a light full of water, that's not too bad! Prolly would have been worse if I had driven through more trails...

Pushed the top of my radiator in about an inch, enough to have to cut the top of my fan shroud off. Happend Saturday night dropping into the river where there was that long deep water crossing with lots of big rocks. Had no problem dropping in in the morning but by the end of the day the bottom of the drop was a nighty degree angle. Should have known when the person in front of me (Brian F) went down and hit so hard his hazadr lights turned on!!!

Had a great time.

Not too bad seeing as I hung with the shanty town folks with the stock DII. 2 broken driving light lenses and a POS twisted DII rear bumper.
Oh, yeah! And some unnamed female broke my cupholder. Can't put anything but a can in it anyway so I guess it's no loss.

You sure that's all you broke Camille?

And which females are you referring to?

Well well well.....If it isn't Ms. Rebecca,

I said female. And she was a very sweet, intelligent woman, just broke my damn cupholder is all! I've forgiven her since I've had them do worse...

hmmmm, my bullbar ran into a rock (now why would it do that???) which caused some ugly denting around the fairlead. and my winch [once again, but completely unrelated to the first incident mentioned], upon the realization that it might have to actually recover a vehicle, refused to work.

but i was happily distracted from these incidents by a few purchases, namely waterproof seat covers (thanks john!), a hella 4k and a hella matador worklamp. ole!

Yeah, but I saw sliders and an XPC on top of your truck when you were leaving, too... lol, Ron using your rack as a mule, eh?

BTW, Dom, that was really sweet on that one hill, especially on the stock Michelins.... nicely executed.... :)

Well, upon arriving Fri I immediately bent my bumper crossing the causway LOL
No, I'm not *that* bad. I'd just remounted my tires on Wolf Rims prior to driving up and handn't tested the combo off-road. The offset was enough to catch the coner of the bumper when the springs compressed. Kudo's to Western Auto in Dilwyn which let me use their torches (for no charge) Sat am to cut off the corners so I could actually ride some trails. I used to be a weldor, so they weren't in danger of me burning down their garage ;-)

I broke a transmission mount. Thanks to Land Rover Charlotte for getting me in Mon to fix it (I was being lazy and didn't feel like getting dirty for the drive back). I suspect it broke going up the West ford entrance towards the log bridge trail.

Some very slight distortation to my left front fender leading corner.

But most important, no regrets. Ok, one regret, I didn't get there earlier.

Not defensive at all. I didn't think that I broke it. But if I did, then I owe you one. Sorry!

You can break something in my disco when I get it.
