What would cause the leaking right where the rear view mirror is. During occasional rain storms a stream of water will flow from this spot all the way down my windshield. Anyone experienced something similiar any way to prevent it.

Happened on one of our old cars. Seal had gone. I parked it somewhere, threw a brick through the window and called AAA to come and fix it. But that's just me

Cheers

Jordan, if you have sunroof's, it could be a leaking front sunroof (check the tightness of all screws holding glass in)

If no Sunroof's, it could be the front window seal.

yes good point. there is a tube that is attached to the sun roof. this allows the water that has collected to run down and out the side of the car. execpt. to acess it the roof liner must be dropped. maybe try to remove the decorative trim on the a pillar front wind sheild. i belive that the drain tubbing runs down here. hope this helps
