I just "discoed" a new leak this weekend. i think it is coming from around the crankshaft oil seal (the front). Has anyone changed one recently and is it something not too technical? I so far haven't noticed any drop in oil level. It might not get changed until it has to be done. However, I did notice that the oil level was slightly up above the full level on the dipstick. I'm not sure if having too much oil may cause something like this to happen? I'm going to let some out and see if it helps. It definitely looks like hours of knuckle scaping though. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Havent done one personally, but its all just bolts. Having to much oil will not "cause" it to leak, it will contantly have oil on it anyway. Your oil will appear a little overfull if its hot |
