LR Dealers Open Campaign ?

According to these guys they haven't heard of any recalls at all. However they did say that there was an open campaign with a code of B203. They also mentioned that since it's out of warranty (slightly) that I'd have to pay for it. But they wouldn't tell me what it was - only that I would need to bring it in to get it looked at to find out. Do you guys think this is for real ? Anyone out there in LR land know what the B203 campaign is?
