is there a proper way of bleeding the steering fuild? I was changing the oil today and found i'm leaking power steering fuild. Seems like the leak is coming from the bottom of the resevior. Suspect the hose that clamps on to it might be crack. Do I just take it off, fix it, slap it back on and hope that i'm not going to get any air bubbles? take care

Bleeder is on the top - foreward portion of the box. Attach a tube, put the end of it in a fluid reservoir (below the fluid level), open the port, turn wheels fully from side to side until no more air escapes. Its easiest with the wheels off the ground. |
