Just got back from running thru some areas of mud/knee deep water during lunch. Now Brake light is on and pedal requires pumping to get pressure enough to stop. Thought they were just wet as it happened before. Noticed fluid level to be down in reservoir (the larger section) but no signs of fluid loss or any leaking at the wheels. Didn't have fluid to top it off - I know this is the obvious answer but where did it go??? ABS sensor wet?? Any other ideas?? Also does the Oil light control temp as well as pressure - this too came on briefly but no tapping or other tell tale signs - oil pump is new, truck is due for an oil change now. 97 D1 (ARB bumper,OME MD 2" lift, no other mods) |

Don't know where it went, but if the brake light comes on, it's usually an indicator of low brake fluid. So yeah top it off. |
