Anyone know what this is, manufacturer, and if it is worth $90 with a missing bracket?

its an atlantic british tranmission skid plate. offer him 25 bucks!

It is the AB gear box skid plate.

There is even "AB" in the link.

However, with a missing bracket I would not offer him anything, because I do not think that you can source just that bracket and would end up buying a whole new plate.

perhaps you could fabricate a bracket?

Hard to tell how much it would cost tho...
