They busted some manager selling $950 worth of repairs that were not needed. The lady went in for an oil change and ended up needing brakes, plugs, wires, fuel system flush, etc... Then they said he didn't even do the work. I went into a Pep Boys, for an oil change, years ago and was told that I needed a new engine! I told the guy what I think he needed, and we both agreed it'd be best if we left it at that. Needless to say I never went back there for ANY service, even though I have been back to purchase stuff. What a joke! I thought it was only in NY you had to watch that kinda stuff. When I got home I went to let the air out to a respectable 35psi and found out they were already at 35psi.
